The invasion begins with the original Showa-era MECHAGODZILLA, in this stylish silkscreen printed poster featuring Godzilla's robot duplicate attacking with a myriad of mechanized munitions through swirling sulfuric steam. This print is limited to 100 copies and will go fast!
The Showa-era Mechagodzilla design is exactly what I wanted, and the silkscreen printing gives the colors a slightly raised, textured feel you don't get from a regular poster. It's hanging above my desk and the robot duplicate detail holds up even up close.
Didn't expect the silkscreen inks to have that much texture, you can actually see the layers on Mechagodzilla's plating up close. Hung it above my desk and the Showa colors pop way harder than the flat print I had before.
The paper has a nice heavyweight feel and the ink layering really makes the Showa-era design pop from across the room. Frame it up and it’s an instant conversation piece for any kaiju fan.
